Frequently asked questions
Does the app work offline?
Yes. All content (points, meridians, 3D model, quizzes, routines) is bundled with the app. An internet connection is only needed to load ads, whose display is reduced by half in the Pro version.
What does the Pro version include?
The free version already gives you access to 85 important points (half of them), 3D navigation on the Gallbladder and Lung meridians, the Yin-Yang and Five-Elements energetic cycles, 3 shiatsu routines (Morning Energy, Stress & Anxiety, Whole-Body Balance), 2 quiz modes (Identify Point and Function Match, up to 10 questions) and all wellness practices (breathing, meditations, mantras, makko-ho).
The Pro version unlocks all 361 points and all 14 meridians for free navigation, all Qi flow visualizations, all quiz modes (up to 50 questions), the 8 complete shiatsu routines, reduces the ad banner (visible about half the time only), and removes the watermark from screenshots. It's a one-time purchase, no subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Google Play account, open the app, go to Profile > Pro and tap Restore purchase. Your purchase will be reactivated automatically.
Will my data transfer to a new phone?
Android backup (Google Drive) automatically restores your stats, favorites and personal notes if it's enabled on your phone. Otherwise, this data stays only on the previous device.
Does the app replace medical advice?
No. Meridian Flow 3D is an educational and wellness tool. It does not replace consultation with a qualified health professional. For any health issue, please consult a doctor or a certified acupuncturist.
Is the app available on iPhone?
Not yet. An iOS version may be considered depending on user interest. Feel free to email us to express your interest.
How do I change the app language?
Go to Profile > Settings > Language and choose French or English. The app is fully bilingual.
How do I delete my data?
Since no data is transmitted off your device, uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your data. You can also clear it via Android Settings > Apps > Meridian Flow 3D > Storage > Clear data.
